+The on-air schedule displays on the top right of your website.  This shows the listeners who's currently on-air.  To add or edit personalities and their schedules, click "Manage On-Air Schedule"
+**Adding and Scheduling a Personality:**
+  * First you'll need to add the personality to the system.  Click "+ Add Personality" on the right.  Enter their name, tag-line, link to their bio or website, and a photo (preferably 124px by 108px).
+  * Once you've added the personality, you'll need to give them a schedule.  Click "+ Add Personality's Schedule".
+  * Fill in the fields, and click "Add Schedule"
