 **What do I do if I lost my password?**
 To retreive a lost password, go to https://swishu.com/forgot .  Enter the email address that was used to register your streaming account, and your password will be emailed to you.   In order to retreive a lost password, the listener will need to know the email address they subscribed with.
 **I'm Unable to Login to the Stream**

 **When I click the "Listen Live" link, all I get is a black popup**
 If a listener only sees a black popup, this means they have been forwarded to the streaming player, but it's not loading.  If the black screen remains after a couple minutes, try refreshing by pressing "Apple + R" on Macs, or "CTRL F5" on PC.
 Since there are many different types of computer/phone setups, certain configurations will not work with the Radio Stream.  We will do our best to accommodate listener issues.  If the above does not work, send an email to David Christy (david@prgdigital.com) with the following information:

 Hawaii residents should receive free access to the online streams.  Unfortunately, there are a few situations where our system can not accurately locate a listener in Hawaii.  See "How the Paywall Works" to learn more about how listeners are located.
