The breaking news feature displays a red “Breaking News” alert on the front page directly under the header. Below is a screenshot of the “Breaking News” page where you can manage all alerts. To get to the Breaking News page, click “Add Breaking News” from the Dashboard, or “Breaking News” on the left grey menu.
The Breaking News Manager Also Works with Mobile. If you use this feature regularly, I recommend bookmarking the breaking news page once you login to the Wordpress Dashboard on your mobile device. ( http://mauinow.com/wp-admin )
